Diet: Frogs, fish, ants, invertebrates, small vertebrates, crayfish, grubs, carcasses, bees, eggs, human garbage, berries, mushrooms, grasses, fruits, nuts, seeds, honey, herbs, cambium (underbark), acorns, melons, vegetables.

 

Range: 3.6 to 108 square miles
